Dr. Frank Cheesebourough
Frank Cheesebourough hails from Chicago, Illinois. He completed his education at John Marshall High School, graduating in 1985. He is a Certified Christian Mental Health Specialist, a Certified Leadership Coach, a Life Coach, and a Christian Counselor Coach. Additionally, he is the author of three books and the founder of the Cheesebourough Bible Institute. Frank takes pride in being a father to two wonderful children and a grandfather to one grandchild.
Apostle Frank began his preaching journey in 2004 and has held a pastoral role since 2007. He dedicated two years to serving under Dr. Bill Winston at the Living Word Christian Center Church in Forest Park, Illinois, and was ordained as a minister under Pastor Larry Barne at Living Word Church in Chicago. In 2007, he felt the call of the Holy Spirit to become a pastor, leading to his release into that role by Pastor Barne.
In 2011, Dr. Frank was consecrated as a Bishop under Bishop O. B. Marshall in Chicago. On February 12, 2017, he received apostolic affirmation from the Presbytery of Apostle Dr. Michelle Harris. On June 9, 2018, he was appointed as the 2nd Presiding Bishop for the Chicagoland Area by BUILDING GOD’S KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL. In February 2020, he graduated from ministry classes taught by Apostle Bridget Outlaw, earning a Doctoral Alumni Association Certificate along with various other accolades, including the Success and Excellence in Christian Leadership Award, a Chaplain Certificate, and the Apostolic Trailblazer Award.
Dr. Frank is recognized for his engaging teaching style, which enables individuals to integrate timeless biblical principles into their daily lives. He is actively involved in prison ministry and participates in community outreach initiatives, providing food, clothing, and toy giveaways.
Apostle Dr. Frank Cheesebourough is presently the Lead Pastor of THE LIFE EMPOWERMENT CHURCH located on the west side of Chicago. He also oversees a men’s shelter known as the LIFE ENRICHMENT CENTER. Additionally, he is the Founder and Chief Apostle of the LIFE EMPOWERMENT FELLOWSHIP OF CHURCHES, which includes four affiliated churches in the Illinois area that he leads.
